CIVILSCAPE

Civil Red de la Sociedad para el Convenio Europeo del Paisaje

CIVILSCAPE es una asociación internacional de organizaciones de la sociedad civil. Estas son las organizaciones no gubernamentales (ONG) que dedican su trabajo a la protección del paisaje, gestión y ordenación, según el "Convenio Europeo del Paisaje" (Florencia, 20 de octubre de 2000). "Paisaje", una zona, tal como la percibe la población, cuyo carácter es el resultado de la acción y la interacción de factores naturales y / o humanos. Por lo tanto nuestras actividades abarca las áreas naturales, rurales, urbanas y peri-urbanas. Se incluye la tierra, las aguas continentales y áreas marinas. Se trata de paisajes que puedan considerarse excepcionales como los paisajes cotidianos o degradados. "Paisajes" son un componente fundamental del entorno humano, expresión de la diversidad de su patrimonio común cultural y natural, y como fundamento de su identidad.

CIVILSCAPE se dedica a crear un entorno propicio para las organizaciones de la sociedad civil, la documentación de la sociedad civil, organizaciones comunitarias, el fortalecimiento de la infraestructura del sector ciudadano, y promover la colaboración, tanto entre las organizaciones de la sociedad civil y entre las organizaciones de la sociedad civil, política o de los órganos administrativos y otros agentes , para promover el bien público en Europa y más allá.

CIVILSCAPE coopera con dos socios a nivel europeo en relación con la Convención Europea del Paisaje (CEP). Ambos socios europeos son las organizaciones de coordinación como CIVILSCAPE. Estos tres socios son las Redes Europeas de Paisaje.

RECEP-ENELC

RECEP-ENELC is an international association of local and regional authorities promoting the implementation of the European Landscape Convention continent-wide. It was established in 2006, under the aegis of the Council of Europe’s Congress of Local and Regional Authorities.

In this framework, RECEP-ENELC encourages the dissemination of scientific and technical knowledge concerning the landscape. Within RECEP-ENELC, local and regional authorities have the opportunity to co-operate within a common framework, supported by an international structure, establishing contacts with the competent international organisations, EU Institutions, States’ authorities, non-governmental organisations, universities and other bodies interested in the implementation of the ELC. In accordance with its Statutes, RECEP-ENELC organs are the General Assembly, the Executive Board, the Technical Co-ordination Board and the Scientific Committee.

UNISCAPE

UNISCAPE

UNISCAPE is an international non-governmental organisation composed of sub-national public authorities. Its aim is to support the interested local and regional authorities, at the scientific, technical, political and administrative levels, in their activities aimed at implementing the ELC’s principles within their territories.

The aim of UNISCAPE is to support and reinforce scientific interdisciplinary co-operation among European universities regarding landscape issues, especially in the areas of research and teaching. UNISCAPE promotes the principles and the objectives of the European Landscape Convention. Concerning research activities, UNISCAPE promotes study and experimentation activities relating to landscapes, their evolution and transformations.
UNISCAPE encourages and assists its members to provide each other technical and scientific assistance in landscape matters through exchange of experience and the results of research projects; to promote the exchange of landscape specialists, in particular for training and information purposes; to exchange information on all matters covered by the European Landscape Convention requirements.
